A Scary Dish Eyeball Potion

It is must that on Halloween celebration everything done is scary. One of the scariest and freakiest looking dishes is Eyeball Potion. This food item is made in different ways with some similarity. The similar touch to Eyeball Potion is the eyeballs rest of the content can be varied. The basic ingredients for this recipe are:

• Vanilla ice cream (1/2 kg)
• Blueberries or raisins
• One and a half cup boiling water
• 1 ounce gelatine
• Red food colouring agent
• Three cups cold water

The ingredients mentioned are sufficient for 10 people. For this recipe you have to use the ice cream and the blueberries for the eyeballs and the rest of the ingredients for the potion. To make the eyeballs place two or three scoops of ice cream in each bowl. Try to take small scooper. Now place the blueberries in each scoop of ice cream to give it an eye effect. Now refrigerate the preparation so that it should not melt while you are making the potion.

To prepare the potion you need to create the jelly with the given ingredients or you can get a readymade red colour jelly. To prepare the jelly you need to pour the hot water to the gelatine and mix well. Once the gelatine is dissolved properly add the cold water in the mixture and keep stirring till a thick and constant paste is prepared. Now add the red food colouring agent to make the potion red in colour. Stir the mixture again. Now take out the ice cream eyeballs from the refrigerator just before the serving and pour the mixture as per the serving in each bowl. You can also add the gelatine mixture in the bowl and freeze it again. Also, remember while you are pouring the mixture into the bowl it should not fall over the eyeballs.
