25th Day of December: It’s Christmas time! What a joy that finally this eagerly awaited event have again arrived. Christmas is celebrated as the day when Lord Jesus took birth in the lap of Mother Mary in this very earth.

During Christmas, all the workplaces are closed to celebrate this mega international event. Schools and colleges are generally given some lengthy vacations during this time of the year. The streets, houses and entertainment plazas include Christmas decorations art to declare the arrival of Christmas.

Christmas decorations art include decorating the places with Christmas trees, shining stars, snowman dolls, Santa caps, ribbons, balloons and candles.

Although Christmas decorations art is almost very similar in style in most of the places but decoration for some places proceeds for a slightly different approach. Take for example: offices.

Christmas decorations for the office is slightly different form the decorations you will see in schools, colleges or other entertainment plazas.  Christmas decorations for the office are mainly done keeping in mind the corporate working aspect of the organization. So, as a result the decorations are not done in the normal party glossy style. Rather, a more subtle form of decoration takes place in the corporate office organizations keeping in mood with the working environment.

The office doors are decorated with small Christmas bells hanging from them. Inside the office premises, the rooms are decorated with Christmas posters that feature some quotations matching the theme of the event. There will be certain poster of Jesus and Mother Mary before which candles of different colours are lighted. The ceilings of the rooms may be decorated with colourful ribbons from which small shining stars may be hanging.

There will definitely be arrangement for delicacies but the most common arrangement found in offices in regard to food during Christmas is Pastries. Yes, large rounded shaped pastries with “Merry Christmas” engraved on it are mainly the primary choice for most of the offices. It is cut before all the employees and staffs and shared among them in order to celebrate Christmas.

However, the above written paragraphs are although mostly applicable for most of the offices but nowadays Christmas decorations for the office also takes place following the non-corporate party approach in certain places. But it is always better to maintain a sober approach in regard to Christmas parties held at corporate offices.
