Spinach Dip Recipes: This recipe is very easy to cook.

  • Ingredients: 1 packet frozen chopped spinach

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped onion
11 oz salad dressing mix

How to prepare:

  • In hot water bowl place the frozen chopped spinach. Thaw the same in the water.
  • Once the thawing process is over squeeze the excess water out of the spinach. Place the same win large bowl.
  • Add the cream to the spinach in the bowl. This provides a creamy touch to the spinach dip.
  • Now add 1 cup of mayonnaise to the bowl. Select the mayonnaise as your taste.
  • Now add the salad mix to the mixture. Instead you can add vegetable mix also. Mix everything properly. Whisk the same so that no lumps are formed.
  • Once the mixture is ready cover the same in the bowl and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. This can also be refrigerated overnight if required.
  • Once ready this can be served with assorted crackers, raw veggies, crostini, bread sliced or even chips and tortillas.

Fate Free 8 Layer Dip Recipe: This dip has only 100 calories per cup.

  • Ingredients: 1 cup black beans

½ cup low fat cheese
4 ounces fat free sour cream
4 cup shredded lettuce
2 ½ cup smashed butternut squash
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
4 roasted chopped red peppers
3 ½ tp taco seasoning
Lime juice, salt, and pepper

How to prepare:

  • Chop the ingredients such as tomatoes, onion, lettuce, etc. Mix the whole onion with some tomatoes, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Put the squash in bowl with little water and cook the same for 5 to 8 minutes. Mash the squash and ½ tp of taco seasoning.
  • Drain the beans. Now cook Boca burger, with rest of tomatoes, and taco seasoning till it is crumbly.
  • Add all the mixtures together layer by layer in an order lettuce, squash, tomato/onion, sour cream, warm black beans, meat, cheese, and red peppers.
