You can have one more great choice of soup for Halloween this time. The new recipe for this year is Cucumber-Yogurt Soup with Pepperoncini. This makes a very simple but still a favourite soup recipe. For this recipe you need half kg of cucumber, 10 pepperoncini, quarter cup dill, one cup pure thick yogurt, one cup butter milk, one big garlic clove, and few leaves of mint. You would also need crushed pepper and salt for seasoning.

Now put all the given ingredients in a blender and make a puree. Pour the puree mixture in a big jug and keep inside the fridge. To get a better taste you must keep the soup in the fridge for atleast 30 min before serving.
The serving of Cucumber-Yogurt Soup with Pepperoncini can be done in two ways. One is with cucumber and pepperoncini and another way is with crisp plain bread. For both the servings we need sliced cucumbers and pepperoncini.

Serve the soup direct from the fridge into a bowl or a cup. Also, serve the cucumber slice and whole pepperoncini with the soup. You can also try the plain roasted flat bread with this serving. You just need a flat bread and grill it for few minutes by greasing both the sides with butter or olive oil. Make sure that bread is crisp and light brown from both the sides.
