But it was the Duff Company of Pittsburgh which introduced baking of the food chocolate cake in mid 1930. So effectively speaking, the making of chocolate cake went through the evolution process and its baking was perfected only in 1930. Like chocolate, the history of chocolate cake went through rich evolution process.
