Formula For Chilled Tomato Soup With Tarragon Crème Fraîche

In small bowls, ladle the soup garnishing it with dollops of yoghurt, chives and leave the rest to the finishing touch of cayenne pepper.
- For the Tarragon Crème Fraîche Recipe you will have to combine ¾ cup of crème fraîche or simply sour cream, in a small bowl, whisking it with a pinch of grated lime, grated lemon and grated orange. Now add up a tbsp of orange juice, freshly squeezed and stir it for a moment. Then mix up 2 tsp of freshly chopped tarragon, 1 minced scallion and salt and freshly ground pepper to bring that perfect taste. Freeze in inside for about an hour and enjoy.
