She has to think of ways to make meal times more interesting and what better way to do that than by cooking up fun yet nutritious healthy recipes. 5.When the children are done with peeling potatoes or cutting vegetables always make it a point to compliment them for their effort. This fun activity gives them a sense of achievement.
