Icing on It the Chocolate Way

Chocolate icing

Icing a cake is giving a cake its final look and in a way adding on to its persona. It is this look that would team up a whole lot of pair of eyes gazing at it and eventually lead to the purchase.

At home it is the graph of excitement that keeps getting higher as the look keeps getting better…thanks to the inclusion of frosting in the world of bakery, the end couldn’t have been better.

Chocolate icing is famous for two reasons. One, while cooking it spreads an amazing aroma and all chocolate lovers seem to be in a trance! Two, the icing is too good to taste right from the pot; let alone being spread on cakes and cookies.

Chocolate flavoured icing is perhaps one of its only kinds that can be easily spread on any bakery item and tastes remarkably good!

Dark chocolate icing

Dark chocolate seems to have a certain identity. In other words; when we see dark chocolate we do tend to have an impression about the stuff already long before we consume it.

We siblings have this round of chocolate dissertation among us every time we meet. For the evening snacks we often have cakes and each day is taken over by each of us and according to a certain flavour of chocolate. So Monday its white chocolate and taken by Amy; she is the youngest among all of us.

Sunday is the big day and taken by Richard (he’s the eldest). Guess what the flavour is? You guessed it right; it’s dark chocolate! It’s exactly like him – matured, has a substance of its own and has a distinct style! It’s great fun!
