  • Strawberry Pancakes – To avoid any fuss while preparing it, keep the following essential ingredients ready before you plan to begin. Take caster sugar 50g, 1 egg, flour 50g, butter 12 g, single cream 150ml and fresh strawberries 80g. Firstly, add the sugar to the entire flour and mix it. Once done, you can add egg yolks. Secondly, to get a stiff consistency whish the egg and then fold it into batter. Thirdly, take half of the butter and melt it in a frying pan. Add to it a smaller quantity of the mixture and you may sprinkle the strawberries. Lastly, as you see the mixture bubbling, carry this way for 2 minutes. Serve whenever you want.
