Low-Fat Soup Recipe for the Health Freaks

Delicious Easy to Cook Low Fat chicken Soup
1 chicken, skinned, boiled and cut into cubes
3 packets of low-fat chicken broth
2 Carrots, diced
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup of peas
1 cup of corn
Few bay leaves
2 stalks of celery
I can of tomato pulp
Combine all vegetables, celery, bay leaves, chicken broth, and tomato juice in a large pot or saucepan. Add some water to cover the vegetables. Cover and cook till vegetables are tender. Now add the cubed chicken pieces and cook for at least 30 minutes. Serve steaming hot.
You may replace the above recipe with the vegetables of your choice. If you prefer basil then you may do so instead of bay leaves. If you have some pasta sauce, you may add that also to the pot for the extra flavour.
The recipe is low in fat and low in carbohydrate and the vegetables like carrots, mushrooms, peas and corn are packed with the essential vitamins and minerals.
