Some of the common herbs used for brewing include, rosemary, thyme, mint, coriander, lemon tree leaves, rose petals and the like. You may also use cloves, ginger, nutmegs, orange peels, jasmines and lavenders. Be careful to use a non-metallic earthen pot.
