Santa Crying: Is it Christmas of fun?

It has been known traditionally that parents dress up their children in order to make them sit in the lap of Santa to get their pictures clicked with him. These actually are supposed to be a part and parcel of the treasure of the much preserved childhood memories of the baby. However the refuge taken in Santa’s lap does not always go very smoothly and there is lot of Crying at Santa Claus and the pictures thus taken depict the tears and the fears of these children who actually get paranoid with the long flowing beard and the red gown. Though Santa is supposed to cast a friendly figure to the children but that does not always happen. At times it gets too overwhelming for the children and it leads to kids with Santa Claus crying. The horrifying experience of making a child sit in the lap of a stranger is enough reason to make the children feel uncomfortable and scream.

Though the famous Christmas carol goes like “You better watch out,
You better not cry, Better not pout, I’m telling you why:
Santa Claus is coming to town”…this is a heraldry; that with the coming of Santa all the worries and saddening aspects would be taken care of, But actually speaking, this becomes the reason for the children for crying with Santa Claus. Some of them actually pass a murderous bloody scream that suggests that it is so overwhelming for the children to be simply handed over to a stranger, irrespective of the fact how beautifully he has ordained himself. Also the fact that multiple children are made to sit in the laps of Santa can led to all the more displeasure amongst the children; as they get even more paranoid seeing the other one screaming. Considering the predicaments of the children one can only feel that parents should try and devoid themselves of the sadistic pleasure that they draw out of handing over their child to a complete stranger who is dressed up in ‘bloody red’ colour, at least one should try to make the child feel a little more comfortable with the surroundings and the new person before the transfer is done. The question of ‘why Santa Crying for children’ thereby would make all the problems clear for the people when they know that Santa’s personality can actually have a bad impact on the psyche of children whose impressionable minds can get influenced by the site…which they might t not find appealing at all!
