Spectacular Lumley Castle –600 Years Old Castle

Lumley Castle is situated at chester-le-street in the city of Durham. Lumley castle Chester Le Street is a 14th century building. In the 19th century, this Lumley castle was given to the University of Durham. Then the Lumley castle was sold in 1960s to fund the building. The management of the castle handed over this to the No Ordinary Hotels in the year 1976. This castle was then revamped in to 59 bedroom hotel. This castle has been standing for over 600 years. The spectacular Lumley Castle dominates the Durham landscape. This is surrounded by the parkland. This overlooks the River Wear.
