Easter like all other happy occasions, calls for celebration and celebrations of any kind are always associated with gifts. Basically, an Easter picnic hamper also contains all the usual items for any other picnic. But since it is Easter, and since the occasion is also special, the picnic hamper also deserves special attention.

• To start with, get a basket shaped or decorated with bunnies. You can stick bunny stickers or put small, cotton bunnies on the rim or on the handle.

For vegetarians, you will have more options because of the assortment of fresh vegetables that are available in the spring time. Just choose your favorite ones, and grill it.
• Be sure to carry more cookies and chocolates than you usually do! Also, try giving up aerated drinks for fresh fruit juices which are abundant in the spring time.
• Lastly, to make the picnic more exciting, you can organize an Easter hunt out on the picnic. It will add all the excitement to your picnic, and the children will love it too. For that, your hamper may also contain Easter eggs, and some choice chocolates to be given to the winner.
