The Devils Drink Pina Ghoulada

Halloween time is when everything is freaky. All the decoration, costumes, drinks and dishes are done keeping in mind the devilish touch. The theme for Halloween is always to scare or look scary. Pina Ghoulada is one of the drinks that are made as it is a devils drink. The drink is white in colour but the decoration gives the real chilling effect. The corner of the glass is dipped in red colour syrup to give the look of blood dripping from the glass and the scary eyeballs as the garnish. Making this drink is not that tough, it can easily be done. The main ingredients for this drink are: Pineapple juice, coconut cream, thick cream, orange juice and good quality rum. To make the blood syrup you need corn syrup and red food colouring. For the eyeballs you need canned blueberries, lychee and strawberry preserves.

To start with the preparation you need to prepare the blood syrup first which is very simple. Take a bowl and add the 3 tbls of corn syrup and 2 drops of red food colour. And mix it well. Now take a glass and dip the rim of the glass in the syrup such that the complete rim is covered with the syrup and also has a dripping effect.
To prepare the drink add 20 oz of pineapple drink, 1 can of coconut cream, half a cup of thick cream, 1 cup of orange juice and 10 oz rum in a blender. Now blend the ice in a blender and add the prepared drink in the crushed ice and blend again into a smooth drink. Now you can transfer the drink in the already prepared glasses.

The last thing to prepare is the eyeball for garnish. For this preparation you need to remove the liquid from lychee by squeezing. Now fill the space in the lychee with the red preserve and blueberry. Now insert this combination in a toothpick and your eyeball is ready to garnish on the Pina Ghoulada.
